What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Robert Half?
A National Manufacturer with locations throughout New England has an immediate need for a Controller. The Controller position will require previous Manufactuing experience, including prior experience within a plant environment. The Controller will manage a 4 person team covering AP, AR, Payroll, GL and Cost Accounting. This will be a hands-on role and will contribute heavily to the monthly close and reporting processes.
Previous experience managing the Cost function is necessary.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of senior level accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
