We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in the Real Estate industry, based in Salem, New Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing processes and systems related to accounts payable and receivable, payroll entries, and general ledger maintenance. They will also oversee tenant billings and the administration, review and reconciliation of various accounts. This role will also involve working with executive leadership to ensure operational success. Responsibilities:• Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports to summarize and interpret current and projected financial results• Establish and maintain processes and systems for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll entries, and general ledger• Oversee tenant billings including CAM, Real estate tax reconciliations, water billing, and miscellaneous billings• Analyze and abstract tenant leases and enter lease into the Yardi accounting system• Administer, review and reconcile cash, liabilities, Construction in process accounts, and inter-company accounts• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure operational success through cost analysis support, operations support and compliance with all contractual requirements• Lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the VP of Finance• Review and monitor company insurance policies and maintain the proper general ledger reporting• Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary information for the annual audit including all reports and workpapers• Prepare necessary reports for annual insurance audits including workers compensation and general liability.
Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
