Please apply via LinkedIn at Jorge Ventura: jorge-ventura-cpa-90385945/Your responsibilities in this role- Evaluate, apply and refine policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies- Support punctual cash collection by managing the timing for monthly billing and other cash management techniques- Manage the production of and monthly monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts- Collaborate with executive team and partners to make efficient and effective firm-wide operation possible- Produce cash-flow reports, calculating cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals, and manage daily cash- Guide all operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll- Give financial reports to executive committee and partners each month- Complete month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, reconcile accounts, and handle G/L analysis- Flexible in completing tasks beyond formal job responsibilities- Support Finance Department initiatives, such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, with research, planning, and implementation, as required- Reviews deliverables of self and team to ensure that they meet client expectations
