Key Responsibilities
- Managing all finance and accounting operations
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Proven working experience as a controller and leadership experience (more than 3 people)
- Bachelors degree required, CPA or CMA preferred
Requirements
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred
- Earlier experience in public accounting is highly valued
- Strong analytical capabilities and discernment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
- Comprehensive knowledge of month end closings
- Command of Supervisory management
- Deep understanding of Annual Budget
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
