We are in search of a Controller to join our team in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on the management and operation of day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, and general ledger for both subsidiaries. The Controller will assure compliance with various tax laws and supervise payroll administration while also providing financial analysis and reports.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring precision, timeliness, and alignment with parent company accounting standards.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, with particular attention to laws related to Medicare billing.
• Supervise the administration of payroll, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate maintenance of payroll records.
• Analyze financial data consistently and present financial reports accurately and promptly.
• Follow the organization's internal control procedures and accounting policies to safeguard assets and properly record transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee cost accounting and general ledger functions, ensuring alignment with parent company accounting standards.
