Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join a team in Santa Barbara as a Credit Clerk. The Credit Clerk will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our organization by assisting in the processing and management of credit applications, monitoring credit limits, and ensuring compliance with established credit policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Your responsibilities:- Help out other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks - Processing cash applications- Oversee various office files and provide general office filing and scanning support- Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals- Create a welcoming environment for visitors- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry
