Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications using ADP - Financial Services and Avaya CMS.
- Maintain and update customer credit records using various Computer Programs.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide assistance using CRM tools.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the status of the account.
- Utilize Epic Software to track and manage customer interactions.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing customers with detailed information and assistance.
- Work closely with the team to support customer benefit functions.
- Handle billing functions accurately, ensuring all customer accounts are up-to-date.
- Use 'About Time' software for effective time management and task prioritization.
- Continually strive to enhance the customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with Avaya CMS
- Familiarity with various computer programs
- Experience with CRM tools
- Knowledge of Epic Software
- Proficiency in About Time software
- Experience in answering inbound calls
- Ability to assist customers effectively
- Understanding of benefit functions
- Experience with billing functions.
