Key responsibilities
· Promote customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
· Design and implement strategies to improve the customer experience
· Design, measure, and analyze customer success metrics
· Dive into complex issues and problems
· Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
· Train/coach customer-facing staff to improve customer service and loyalty

· Familiarity with call-tracking and being held accountable to weekly and monthly metrics
· Excellent analytical, interpersonal and research skills
· Strong skills in business writing, including the use of social, verbal, and email correspondence
· Prior customer success or call-center experience, preferably in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
· Strong computer skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
· Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
