Robert Half is seeking a Cyber Security Professional to join our client's team in Vermont. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and safety of our client's systems and data. You will be responsible for implementing the security program, conducting risk assessments, responding to cybersecurity incidents, and staying up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends. Responsibilities:• Implement and maintain all aspects of the security program.• Conduct regular risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management activities.• Implement security controls to protect networks, systems, and data.• Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively.• Maintain accurate records of cybersecurity activities, policies, and procedures, including incident response plans and compliance documentation.• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.• Collaborate with management to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies.• Work with various teams to integrate cybersecurity into all aspects of our operations.• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees.
