Robert Half is hiring a Security Engineer to ensure the security and compliance of our systems and processes. Your responsibilities will include auditing, testing, validating, and approving the work of other employees in various areas, including Password Management, Managed Detection & Response, Malware Protection, Network Defense Documentation, Data Encryption, and Software Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit password management practices and policies
- Validate the implementation of multi-factor authentication (MFA) where necessary.
- Audit the effectiveness of managed detection and response protocols.
- Network Defense Documentation:
- Audit network defense documentation, including firewall rules and network segmentation.
- Validate patching, system/OS upgrades, and documentation of software-related incidents and resolutions.
Requirements
- Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), SAAS - Software As A Service, CISSP
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with inter-departmental teams
- In-depth understanding of security principles, best practices, and industry standards.
