Robert Half is assisting an established but growing healthcare organization in its search for a motivated Financial Analyst.
In this role, the Financial Analyst:
- Collects, compiles and analyzes data to measure and report on provider and program performance
- Responds to requests for data by determining users’ needs, collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, and providing accurate and complete reports
- Works with other analysts to perform financial analysis
- Works with other analysts to perform a variety of ad-hoc analysis and reports as requested
- Produces standard periodic reports to meet users’ needs
- Identifies, develops and implements methods for improving reporting efficiency
- Performs checks and audits of various data sources to ensure data is accurate and complete
- Maintains and applies knowledge of current trends, practices and developments in health care
- Sets goals and achieve measurable results
- Contributes ideas to plans and achieving department goals
- Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities and requirements of the job
