An innovative company currently has an open position for a Data Entry Clerk with room for growth. As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and finance support functions, especially correctly entering large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases. This Data Entry Clerk role is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity and is based in Weymouth, Massachusetts.Major responsibilities- Continuing operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes- Working with highly confidential materials- Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities- Aiding the company in data entry and additional administrative tasks- Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies- Following techniques and procedures for data program and meeting data entry requirements- Assisting with special projects as required
