Robert Half- Lexington is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk/Administrative Assistant for a temporary role located in Nicholasville, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our database systems. The Data Entry Clerk will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and completeness of our data records, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Outbound calls, data entry, administrative duties, keen attention to detail are imperative aspects of this role.Key Responsibilities:-Input, update, and maintain data accurately and efficiently into designated database systems.-Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors to ensure accuracy and completeness.-Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and documents for easy retrieval.-Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or issues.-Assist in data cleanup and consolidation efforts to improve data integrity and usability.-Generate reports and summaries based on collected data as required by management or other team members.-Collaborate with other team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner.-Follow company policies and procedures regarding data privacy, confidentiality, and security.-Provide support to other administrative tasks or projects as needed.
