Responsibilities:

• Data Detective: Partner with stakeholders to define critical KPIs and uncover opportunities for business growth.
• Data Whisperer: Design and implement data collection systems to ensure a steady flow of clean, reliable information.
• Data Alchemist: Transform raw data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and compelling data visualizations.
• Dashboard Dynamo: Develop and maintain user-friendly BI tools and dashboards that empower informed decision-making at all levels.
• Collaboration Catalyst: Foster cross-functional collaboration by translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Team Leader: Guide and mentor your team, fostering a culture of data fluency within the organization.

Requirements

Extensive knowledge and experience in database management and data analysis

Proficient in SQL and Python scripting for database manipulation and data extraction

Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB

Proven experience with Data transformation

Proficient with Excel

Experience with BI reporting tools
