Responsibilities:• Establish best practices that are congruent with Company’s system development needs and that meet applicable data protection regulations• Document applicable process flows related to database operations• Maintain data architecture documentation as needed• Optimize database functions to meet operational requirements• Ensure data is maintained securely and accurately• Assist development team with performance testing and software deployment• Address performance issues as needed• Develop and implement appropriate strategy for replication, high availability, online and offline data, and backups• All other duties as requiredRequirements:• Experience with Microsoft SQL server versions 2016 and newer• Experience with Azure SQL server cloud preferred• Excellent written and oral communication in English• Effective time management• Strong analytic skills• Detail-oriented• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Qualifications: • 7 years of related work experience
