Robert Half is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide white glove service for a client. This candidate should have previous experience in customer support or help desk support, and should be able to hit the ground running in a collaborative team. This position is located in Cambridge, MA.
Responsibilities:
-Troubleshoot and identify problems relating to devices, PC's, networks and business applications
- Monitor support tickets throughout the lifecycle from research to resolution
- Manage ticket assignments and issue resolution through collaboration with the IT team
- Provide administration for accounts, passwords, applications and A/V technologies
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years experience in Business Technology Support or related field
- Understanding of basic networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with troubleshooting business technologies, specifically Windows Applications
- Familiary with MDF/IDF, cable patching, access points and hardware replacements
