- IT Support is definitely going to open
- Same job as before
- Good attitude, willing to learn, customer skills
- Really lack initiative
- Willing to train someone, but need at least 6-12 months of experience
- Office 365, Microsoft environment, Supporting some iPhone/android/surface Zoom, teams, ring central
- 5x days a week onsite in Chelsea, sometimes they need to go other sides in revere, Chelsea, east Boston - all are close to the office
- 50-55k upon conversion
- Start 5 days onsite, hybrid is a possibility 6 months in (could turn into 3 on 2 off)
- There is free street parking a block away from office
- They are a very stable company, they are in a growth pattern, even through fluctuating economy
- Candidates will learn a lot about technology, get trained on lots of aspects of IT, they have also paid for certifications in the past
- HM is a great manager, we have worked with him for years, good work culture, people stay a while
