Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with excellent communication skills that is comfortable working with high-level internal stakeholders within the scientific and manufacturing space. This is an ongoing consulting opportunity that is anticipated to be 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities Include
- Take complex information of 20 projects and highlight the milestones and other important information to executive leadership teams
- Organize data to be uploaded into project management tools
- Identify and implement process and tracking strategy with vendors to ensure that teams know responsibilities, what updates are needed, etc.
- Support taking meeting minutes
Required:
- Strong professional experience as a Project Manager in a similar role
- Excellent verbal communications and the ability to ask relevant questions
- A high level thinker who helps teams run meetings, projects, and other initiatives
- Excellent storytelling abilities
- Technical savviness in Microsoft Excel & spread sheets. Understanding of how to organize data so that it can be uploaded into other project management tools automatically
- Organizational Strategy skills
- Ability to network with leaders and keep them on track
- Ensure leaders are prepared for speaking engagements, have slides ready etc.
