My client is a leading healthcare organization that is looking to hire a Director of Finance to join their team. This role will oversee the strategic financial planning and analysis for the organization and will oversee a large team. The Director of Finance is reports into the Controller. Responsibilities include:
- Create planning and analysis function for assigned business unit
- Participate with treasury functions, including cash reporting, investment manageent, and deal valuation
- Present financial results to Executive Committee and others within organization
- Financial reporting, planning and analytical processes and systems
- Provide subject matter expertise on company-wide projects and initiatives

Requirements
- 5 years of FP& A supervisory/leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Health Insurance experience strongly preferred
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
