Job Overview:
MUST be available to work between Monday-Saturday and between the hours of 6am-6pm
As the Dispatcher you will be responsible for communicating with customer and technician's
Will be communicating to the customer on the arrival of the techinican's arriving
Will also be communicating to the Technician on any changes in the route and estimated time of arrival
Requirements
2 years of Dispatching experience
Able to handle high call volume
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Salary : $18 - $21
