As an Attendance Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate attendance records and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations within the company. You will be responsible for tracking attendance, documenting absences, and assisting in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential for this short-term contract opportunity.Key Responsibilities:· Attendance Tracking: Record daily student and staff attendance, including absences, late arrivals, and early departures.· Data Entry: Enter attendance data into the school's attendance tracking system or databases with accuracy and efficiency.· Communication: Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address attendance-related concerns, and communicate any irregularities promptly.· Attendance Reports: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports to monitor trends and address any issues in a timely manner.· Policy Compliance: Assist in ensuring that school attendance policies and procedures are consistently followed and in compliance with relevant education regulations.· Documentation: Maintain attendance records, including excused and unexcused absences, and ensure the accuracy of attendance-related documentation.· Problem Solving: Proactively identify attendance issues and work with school staff to find solutions to improve attendance rates.· Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to parents and students who have questions or concerns related to attendance.
