If you are new graduate or have 1-2 years of experience with strong attention to detail and are looking to grow within a company, please reach out to Emily Haan at 952-882-9399 and click the APPLY NOW button to submit your resume for immediate consideration.Responsibilities:Generate invoices and account statements, maintaining accuracy, and timeliness.Analyze and review invoices and billing procedures for compliance and accuracy.Coordinate with our sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing issues.Process and record transactions and adjustments in the billing system.Design and implement new billing systems, procedures, or policies to increase efficiency and productivity.Assist in financial management and analysis, as requested.Prepare reports and audits regarding account statuses and billing processes.Communicating with customers to address inquiries and disputes in billing.Maintain accurate records of accounts receivables and customer billing information.Collaborate effectively with various departments to streamline billing processes and drive improvements.
