Job Title: Epicor Specialist
Looking for a technology professional who has extensive experience in guiding our enterprise with installation, task guiding, application planning, database & network design with Epicor ERP Software. This position is for an architect who, with Epicor expertise, can oversee application architecture and also provide strategic IT guidance.
Responsibilities:

Propose and implement system enhancements to improve ERP system efficiency and user experience.
Requirements:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems. Expertise in SQL Server Administration, the .NET framework, C# Programming, SSRS, and Crystal Reports. Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain and finance applications and systems. Robust knowledge in Epicor administrative tasks and in scaling up ERP capabilities. Experience in project management and training staff on using Epicor ERP. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work well within a team and independently.

- Act as primary internal point of contact for all Epicor application and technical issues.
- Lead project management activities.
- Create and maintain system documentation, training materials & ensure team understanding.
- Develop, build, and scale new capabilities within the Epicor ERP.
- Collaborate with internal IT department and key stakeholders to facilitate successful integration and business alignment.
- Devise and execute comprehensive test plans for system implementations and upgrades.
