Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IQMS Training Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IQMS software functionalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address end-user inquiries and technical issues.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
