The Events and Trade Show Coordinator is 100% on-site in Fort Worth, TX.Your responsibilities in this roleCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan, organize, and execute trade shows that align with the client's mission and objectives.Handle all aspects of trade show and event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodations.Create comprehensive event timelines and manage all necessary tasks to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.Coordinate event marketing efforts to boost attendance and engagement, including designing promotional materials and utilizing digital channels.Communicate effectively with attendees, vendors, and team members to ensure clear expectations and seamless event experiences.Address and resolve any challenges or issues that arise during events, maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability.Collect post-event feedback and data for analysis, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
