Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage a manual expense processing system, involving excel and moving data into PeopleSoft• Audit printed excel reports against corresponding receipts and company policies• Handle receipts that arrive via both email and traditional mail• Communicate assertively at all levels of the organization, providing necessary feedback on expenses that do not meet company policies• Competently negotiate with C-suite executives and their executive assistants, pilots, mechanics, and others• Meet strict deadlines for expense report completion• Audit every single expense and receipt, matching them to company policy• Leverage your knowledge of Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Ceridian, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, About Time, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), and Auditing to perform tasks efficiently• Ensure adherence to Budget Processes• Work onsite in the workplace.
