Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain files in the HR department.
- Process and store paperwork according to an efficient filing system.
- Extract necessary information from files as needed.
- Respond to requests to access files.
- Track and maintain records in a systematic manner.
- Ensure efficient and secure access to files.
- Perform regular audits to ensure files are stored accurately.
- Regularly update and maintain a tracking system for files.
- Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of files and documents.
- Assist in bending and sitting activities related to file management.
- The candidate must have at least one year of experience working as a file clerk.
- Proficiency in the use of Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph is necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is needed.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners and photocopiers is a must.
- Familiarity with office processes and administrative procedures is necessary.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, are required.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is crucial.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is necessary.
