- Supporting diverse projects for other employees as needed
- Intake of questions regarding records and files
- Find and collect data according to company time frames
- Faxing, archiving, scanning, filing, and word processing
Requirements
- 1 year experience of file clerking preferred
- Competent in handling office equipment
- Paper Filing experience highly preferred
- Adeptness in Log Files
- File Boxes experience desired
- Filing experience
- Practical knowledge of Paper Files
- Proficiency in File System
- File management systems experience required
- Legal files experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Maintain Files
- General familiarity with Organizing Files
- Word and Excel experience is desired
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
- Strong time management and organizational skills
