Responsibilities
- Scanning personnel file documents and ensuring accurate digital records.
- Adhering to strict confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor while performing tasks.
- Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Utilizing filing and document scanning skills to effectively manage the file system.
- Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of documents.
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the file system.
- Assisting with other administrative duties as necessary.
- Constantly updating and managing the document filing system.
- Answering inquiries related to the files and documents processed.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role or in an administrative role will be beneficial
- Proficiency in using file systems for organizing and storing documents
- Excellent knowledge and experience in filing and record keeping
- Ability to scan documents and ensure they are correctly stored in the system
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff
- Availability to work during standard business hours, with potential for occasional overtime if necessary
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations within the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry.
