Financial Analyst

This position will require in office activities, so candidates must reside in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting of finance and 3 years of financial analysis and reporting experience. Prior experience building dashboards and utilizing SQL and Salesforce is required. Daily tasks will consist of financial reporting, as well as measuring, analyzing, and forecasting performance in conjunction with operating plans, advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives, and preparing reports for management. Located in the Raleigh, North Carolina, this Financial Analyst role is a permanent employment opportunity. This position offers a competitive salary, a hybrid schedule and excellent benefits,Responsibilities:• Conduct financial reporting and modeling on various financial products• Advise management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives• Prepare reports for management• Monitor and analyze performance in conjunction with operating plans• Work closely with accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close processes• Deliver effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide valuable foresight and decision support• Keep track of monthly and quarterly performance by comparing actuals versus expectations• Analyze performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities• Work closely with cross functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute against plans• Work with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization.

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
