Robert Half is seeking a FP& A Manager for our well-respected client! The FP& A Manager must have deep analytical capabilities, strong verbal and writing skills, and the ability to multitask and work under multiple tight deadlines at once. This role is perfect for an experienced FP& A Manager looking for a challenging role at an established company.Your responsibilities in this role- Inform strategic and day-to-day decisions by analyzing financials- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the financial planning team- Perform financial analysis and valuation related to mergers and acquisitions- Analyze financials for the forecasting and corporate budgeting processes- Enable strategic and day-to-day decisions through financial analysis- Oversee the employee hiring process, including recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, and retaining employees- Help with financial deliverables to the executive team- Help with regulatory filings- Analyze budget and fiscal assumptions in the creation of operating plans- Prepare financial models and data mining tools for variance analysis- Address and improve strategic issues by working in cross-functional development teams- Manage the development of short- and long-term financial forecasts and financial analysis- Develop operating budget and forecasts by estimating the costs and benefits of operating plans during the annual budget development cycle
