Daytona Beach area company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. The company is looking for a minimum of 5 years of experience. Responsibilities of the FP& A Manager will include, but not limited to the following.-- Prepare timely and accurate reporting and analysis measuring key business drivers, company metrics and financial performance.-- Develop and maintain reporting tools and models to examine key initiatives, variances and opportunities on behalf of management and other internal employees to support informed, strategic decision-making.-- Determine key drivers impacting company income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow.-- Contribute to merger and acquisition processes including financial modeling of target companies, integration of historical financials, and reporting and analytics post-close for performance evaluation, synergy tracking, etc.-- Perform market-specific and macro-economic research to identify and analyze major business trends impacting company financial and operational performance.-- Partner with Accounting teams during the month-end close process to identify and explain actual versus forecast, budget, and prior year variances.-- Assist with preparing and reviewing financial packages and presentations for management.-- Contribute to forecast, budget, and long-range planning cycles.For immediate consideration regarding the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager position, please send your resume to Andy Poquette, VP - Practice Director. ***You can message me on LinkedIn ( Andy Poquette ) to send me your resume directly.
