- Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain customer credit records.
- Oversee day-to-day billing and creation of purchase orders.
- Manage salaries and determine which budgets they are paid out of.
- Handle accounts payable for all utility offices.
- Ensure grant compliance by meeting funding requirements for various funding sources.
- Conduct procurement activities and understand the guidelines attached to funds.
- Perform data tracking and use Microsoft Excel extensively.
- Review and analyze revenue/expenses for anomalies and trends.
- Approve and manage purchases and payments to ensure they are on time and within budget.
- Maintain up-to-date and well-organized financial files.
- Liaise between Finance and other staff to assure timely payment of invoices.
- Maintain vendor relationships and provide budget/expenditure updates in monthly meetings.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
