Focused and productiveWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Albuquerque, New Mexico for an Accounting Assistant. This role primarily revolves around creating a fixed asset import template to upload into ERP Unanet Fixed Asset module within the telecom industry. The location is a dynamic workplace that values strong communication, organization, and productivity.Responsibilities:• Engage in detailed and efficient creation of a fixed asset import template for ERP Unanet Fixed Asset module.• Utilize accounting software systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suites to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.• Leverage skills in accounts payable and accounts receivable to manage cash activity and ensure financial accuracy.• Apply knowledge of accounting functions and billing functions to maintain and enhance financial operations.• Handle fixed asset inventory and ensure their proper documentation and management.• Communicate effectively, ask relevant questions, and ensure all tasks are understood and completed correctly.• Maintain a reliable presence in the workplace, consistently meeting deadlines and commitments.• Stay focused and productive, effectively managing time and resources to maximize efficiency.
