Strategic partner with our VP, Manufacturing
Lead the preparation of monthly financial reporting including variance analysis in support of relevant area, with ability to analyze results and drive change to increase operational efficiencies.
Focus on key drivers of results and the implications on annual targets/commitments and make appropriate recommendations to senior business leaders.
Effectively communicate results to senior business leaders and recommend and assist with the implementation of necessary action items based on results
Lead and direct long-range planning, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in support of applicable area
Lead and direct cross functional communication to resolve financial and business issues. Present recommendations to senior management
Lead and direct analyses required for effective decision support for relevant area. Present recommendations to senior management
Supervise professional controllership staff across Beverage and Food Manufacturing Network, including the creation and execution of appropriate personal and organizational development objectives.
What You'll Need:
Energetic people leader & coach; team-oriented with demonstrated interpersonal skills building relationships.
Decisive, resourceful thought leader with experience in CPG Manufacturing controllership function or Supply Chain Finance
Experienced process improvement guru with ability to drive change through development of best practices.
Strong Financial and business leadership skills

Excellent analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, Financial modeling
