Your responsibilities in this role
- Provide key financial analysis to inform both day-to-day and strategic decisions
- Aid with financial deliverables for the executive team
- Develop operating budget and forecasts by estimating the costs and benefits of operating plans during the annual budget development cycle
- Produce key financial analysis to support strategic and day-to-day decisions
- Engage with staff by recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, and retaining employees
- Oversee and manage financial planning team operations
- Participate in and contribute to cross-functional development teams to address strategic issues
- Examine fiscal and budget assumptions in the development of operating plans
- Analyze financials for the forecasting and corporate budgeting processes
- Arrange financial models and data mining tools for variance analysis
- Provide support for regulatory filings
- Perform financial analysis and valuation related to mergers and acquisitions
- Direct and lead financial analysis and developing short- and long-term financial forecasts
Requirements
- High level of business acumen
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
- 2 years of FP& A supervisory/leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
- 8 years of experience in FP& A required
- Advanced knowledge of computer software, including writing macros in Excel, Access, financial Modeling and other accounting packages
- Capable of analyzing complex business problems, proposing effective solutions and understanding and applying business vision and direction
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus
