The Front Desk Coordinator will be the face of our organization, providing excellent customer service to visitors, potential adopters, and volunteers. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for animal welfare, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Greet visitors and provide information about our adoption process, available animals, and upcoming eventsAnswer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with inquiries from the publicManage the adoption application process, including screening applicants, scheduling appointments, and processing adoption paperworkCoordinate with animal care staff to ensure animals are ready for adoption and match potential adopters with suitable petsMaintain accurate records of adoptions, surrenders, and other interactions with the publicAssist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office suppliesProvide support to volunteers and assist with volunteer coordination as neededHelp organize and promote adoption events, fundraisers, and community outreach activities
