Apart from this, the Bookkeeper will maintain journal entries or general ledger reconciliation and perform data entry, cash applications, and full cycle A/P. Apply today and grow your professional career with this exciting new opportunity.How you will make an impact- Update general ledger- Update Accounts Payable- Handle Accounts Receivable- Accomplished in credit card management and reconciliation- Produce subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement- Draw up cash flow projections, as needed- Govern monthly accounting close- Extra unique tasks if required- Help with monthly accounting close- Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents- Sort sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
