We are in search of a meticulous Full Charge Bookkeeper for our Financial Services sector based in Tucson, Arizona. This role primarily involves trust accounting and working with QuickBooks online. The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and billing functions. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and expense reports• Utilize QuickBooks Online for the management of all accounting functions• Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements• Handle trust accounting with accuracy and integrity• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook for various tasks• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services for streamlined financial processes• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable• Perform bank reconciliations promptly and accurately• Manage billing functions efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
