What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position at Robert Half?
A locally owned service company headquartered on the Northwest side of Indianapolis has an immediate need for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper on a full-time, contract to hire basis. The Full-Charge Bookkeeper will report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in the success of the company. The Full-Charge Bookkeeper will work in a socially distanced setting and will have their own office.
Key Job Duties Include:
- Daily procesing of accounts payable
- Daily processing of accounts receivable including customer billing
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Payroll accounting & reporting
- Month-end close activities
- Preparing monthly financial reports in QuickBooks
Salary : $27 - $30
