We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to be based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role primarily involves handling bookkeeping duties and maintaining accurate financial records. You will be managing vendors, check requests, and bi-monthly payroll operations. Responsibilities• Overseeing the entire Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) process.• Conducting Annual Internal Audit and Cash Flow Analysis to ensure financial stability.• Managing Daily Cash and ensuring its proper allocation.• Maintaining and updating the General Ledger on a regular basis.• Preparing and recording Journal Entries and ensuring their accuracy.• Handling Payroll operations, including Payroll Taxes, to ensure timely and accurate disbursement.• Utilizing QuickBooks for efficient financial management and record keeping.• Conducting Bank Reconciliations and Cash Reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.• Preparing and presenting comprehensive Financial Reports.• Conducting Account Reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
