What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position at Robert Half?
We are currently in search of an experienced Bookkeeper to handle our day-to-day accounting operations. The successful candidate should have a meticulous attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They will be comfortable with heavy Accounts Payable (AP), including cutting checks.

- Manage and oversee all financial data and process it in the general ledger system.
- Maintain and reconcile financial statements to ensure accuracy.
- Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable including data input, authorization of payments, check issuance, and vendor management.
- Prepare and post transactions, ensuring debits and credits are accurately reflected.
- Run payroll for 8-10 employees using ADP system.
- Monitor office expenses and carry out necessary processes to control costs.
- Work closely with the team and contribute to team efforts and collaboration.
- Provide support to the management team during company audits.
