We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our construction and contractor industry team located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role entails creating visually engaging designs for both print and digital media using Adobe Creative Suite. The candidate will work both independently and collaboratively with other team members to produce high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Create and design print and digital marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, advertisements, and website graphics.
- Understand the needs of the project to create designs that meet branding goals.
- Collaborate with team members and other creative professionals to ensure high-quality work.
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to create and edit designs.
- Develop advertisements and brochures that enhance brand awareness.
- Utilize design skills to create digital media that aligns with the project's goals.
- Work independently on certain projects while also contributing as part of a team.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite updates and features.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to the company's brand and design guidelines.
- Continuously improve and expand design skills and knowledge.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing design elements for advertisements and brand awareness campaigns.
- Proven ability to design brochures and other print materials.
- Strong digital design skills, including the ability to create graphics for web and social media.
- Prior experience in the construction or contractor industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio demonstrating a wide range of graphic design skills is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
- Continued learning attitude with an interest in staying updated on current design trends and tools.
