Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming support requests and inquiries from users via phone, email, or in-person communication.

- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems and escalating complex issues to the appropriate IT support teams when necessary.
- Guiding users through step-by-step solutions and providing clear and concise instructions.
- Documenting all support activities, including the details of the issues and the steps taken for resolution, in the ticketing system or knowledge base.
