The Support Engineer II (L2) is to provide excellent customer service and technical support by reflecting the client-centric and quality focused mission of ICG while delivering advanced remote technical support to internal and external clients. The L2 position is responsible for validating, responding to, resolving, and escalating incoming service request from client regarding servers, printers, storage, and other devices on our client’s networks. The Level 2 Engineer will be expected to provide reactive and proactive analysis and troubleshooting of client environments utilizing independent judgment, experience, and discretion The L2 position is also responsible for taking escalations from Level 1 Engineers.
