< p > A client of ours is looking for is looking for a Human Resources Director for a contract role. As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for administration of HR Disciplines within the organization to serve and manage all employees from recruitment through termination. The position is accountable for administrative relationships between the Administrative Director, other center managers, employees, Board members, and the community. < /p >
< p >< strong >Responsibilities of Human Resources Director < /strong >< /p >
< li > Maintain personnel files for all staff including job application, resumes, reference checks, certifications, performance evaluations
< li > Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent personnel information in accordance with HIPAA, the Privacy Act and LCCTC's established personnel policies governing release of information.
< li > Compose and place advertisements for vacancies, non-discrimination statement, and initiate the affirmative action statements to students and staff.
< li > Coordinate staff evaluation and review process.
< li > Supervise, mentor, and develop staff
< li > Evaluate all direct reports on an annual basis
< li > Coordinate files for hearings, arbitrations, and litigations, working closely with Solicitor as directed by the Administrative Director.
< li > Maintain compliance on clearance background checks, updating clearances and required trainings.
< li > Review submitted resumes and coordinate interviews for the hiring manager.
< li > Perform additional Human Resource duties as assigned by the Administrative Director.
