With a focus on ensuring legal compliance and implementing long-term talent management goals, you will drive our success through policies, procedures, and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define our organization's mission and goals, aligning HR policies and talent management strategies.
- Develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal programs while ensuring compliance with employment, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a high-performing HR management team, providing guidance and resolving HR, compensation, benefits, and safety-related matters.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, employment laws, and best practices, and utilize your expertise to enhance our HR practices.
- Manage the recruitment of senior management positions and oversee safety audits and worker compensation cases.
- Join professional development events to expand your network and stay ahead in the field.
Requirements
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-Experience in manufacturing strongly preferred
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on organizational effectiveness and attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws, OSHA regulations, and HR information systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Minimum of ten years of HR management experience, including strategic talent management or business development.
Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
