Job Title: Temporary Project Manager - HR and Administrative Support

Organization: Non Profit - Healthcare

Location: Vancouver, Washington

Duration: 2-3 months, subject to extend

Reports to: Chief Operations Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Temporary Project Manager to support the HR and Administrative functions of our Non-Profit Healthcare Company. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various projects related to human resources, administration, and process improvement initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to the efficient and effective operation of our organization and the delivery of critical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Project Management:
  • Collaborate with the HR team to manage and execute HR projects, such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with facilities management and office organization, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.
  • Manage administrative projects aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
  1. Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and benefits records.
  • Generate and distribute reports as needed, including HR metrics and other relevant data.
  1. Compliance and Policy Adherence:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and guidelines to employees.
  1. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between HR, administrative teams, and other departments, facilitating effective communication and cooperation.
  1. Project Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on project status to management as needed.

Salary : $48 - $55
