You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from:Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels.Crafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.Evaluating candidate profiles and making hiring recommendations.Contributing to recruiting analysis and strategy to improve retention and onboarding success.To be successful, you'll possess:A minimum of 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting.Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.Excellent sourcing skills and experience utilizing various online and offline resources.Proven ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates.A passion for non-profit work and a desire to make a positive impact.We offer:The opportunity to make a real difference in the community.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.The chance to be part of a mission-driven organization.
