HubSpot Administrator Job Description
The HubSpot Administrator is the key individual responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our HubSpot platform. They will collaborate across departments, ensuring that the platform effectively supports company operations and strategic initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Platform Maintenance and Configuration
- Ensure HubSpot is configured to optimize our sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
- Regularly review and audit HubSpot features to ensure we are leveraging the platform fully.
- Update user roles and permissions as required.
- Manage integrations with other platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization.
Operations
- Offer technical support to HubSpot end-users, providing solutions and training as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
- Monitor platform performance, ensuring HubSpot runs optimally and reporting any irregularities.
- Set up and maintain automated workflows, sequences, and templates for various departments.
Strategizing Across Departments
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand and map out their processes in HubSpot.
- Design and implement HubSpot solutions that enhance inter-departmental collaboration and efficiency.
- Support marketing efforts by developing and tracking lead scoring models, and template design.
- Assist the sales team in defining and monitoring sales pipeline stages, forecasting, and reporting.
- Coordinate with customer service to ensure ticketing and feedback mechanisms are streamlined.
Continuous Improvement and Training
- Keep abreast of HubSpot updates and best practices.
- Provide training sessions for new users and refresher sessions for existing users.
- Gather feedback from departments to ensure the platform meets their evolving needs.
Reporting and Analysis
- Generate regular reports on platform usage, lead conversion, sales pipelines, and other relevant KPIs.
- Ensure dashboards are set up for various departments for easy data access and visualization.
Project Management
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects involving HubSpot.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- HubSpot Certification(s) preferred.
- HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON preferred.—bonus points
- Previous experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in data management and analysis.
- Able to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 45/hr to 48/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
